Final Artist Statement #3

My project was originally supposed to be based on a concert and seeing it live and having music remind of a "trip" at a concert. But it automatically went from that to a workout trip and kind of a funny back story and a character from a show I really enjoyed as a kid. Overall I think my main mistake was not saving working files to touch up after the recitation because some of the cutting and images were a but sloppy and not smooth at all that I really wanted to touch up but couldn't. The project process was kind of a pain in the ass with all the videos and talking and audios we had to collect. They were a lot to deal with and very time consuming with all the cutting and working on different apps that we have never used before was challenging but this project was super fun and tested my creativity. The steps and having to work through and teach myself how to make a movie and edit photos and animate certain characters was really fun to work with and a skill I could see myself using in the future.
